The prep time required for this no bake, vegan peanut butter and chocolate fudge is only 10 minutes! The best part is that only 5 ingredients are required to make this indulging dessert!

It is however very dense in calories mainly due to the fat content in the butter. I am only using all natural ingredients with no refined sugar. While the ingredients used are healthy and really good for you, peanut butter and chocolate fudge should be eaten in moderation if you are worried about your daily fat intake! Let’s get to the recipe!

Ingredients (4 pieces or cups):

Method:

  • Heat some maple syrup in a pan over the stove. Add the peanut butter, coconut butter and vanilla extract and stir until smooth. You should end up with a caramel like consistency.
  • Pour about 2/3 of the mixture into small silicon cups or container of your choice.
  • Allow to settle for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add the cacao powder to the rest of the mixture and stir.
  • Pour the rest of the mixture in your cups. If you want your fudge to have two different layers, allow the first mixture to cool for a couple of minutes in the freezer first. If like me you want a ‘swirl’ effect, skip the freezing part and just pour your cacao mixture in.
  • Freeze for about an hour.

And there you have it! Double trouble, vegan peanut butter and chocolate fudge! So yummy you won’t be able to stop at just one piece! Garnish with some vegan chocolate syrup for maximum indulgence!
